Hi, I’m Chris — a native English tutor from London and now based in Annecy, France.
I teach English to adults, teenagers, and professionals who want to speak naturally, confidently, and without stress.
My Journey
I started teaching English because I’ve always been passionate about communication — how people connect, express themselves, and grow through language. Over the years, I’ve helped many learners from different backgrounds: students preparing for exams, professionals needing English for work, and everyday people who simply want to feel more comfortable speaking.
Moving to France gave me a deeper understanding of language learning from the learner’s point of view. I know what it feels like to live in another country and express yourself in a second language, and this experience shapes the way I teach today — with patience, clarity, and structure.
